Real Estate Inspection Cleaning

This clean involves passing a Real Estate inspection so it will include the following:

  • Stovetop and rangehood cleaned
  • All window and door tracks vacuumed and cleaned
  • Glass sliding doors cleaned inside and outside
  • Cobwebs removed from interior of property
  • All skirting boards dusted
  • Marks on walls removed

Vacate Cleaning Services

A vacate clean will usually involve one to three cleaners and will include:

  • Throughout the Property:
    • Light switches – clean/wipe over
    • Power points – clean/wipe over
    • Skirting boards – clean/wipe over
    • Walls – spot cleaning, Spot cleaning of walls covers cleaning occasional marks in high traffic areas, additional charges apply for excessive wall washing or full wall washing services.
    • Exhaust fans and covers – clean/wipe over
    • Doors (internal and external) – clean/wipe over
    • Door frames – clean/wipe over
    • Sliding door tracks – vacuumed
    • Floors – Vacuuming and mopping all floors of house
    • Window sills – dust wiped
    • Mirrors – cleaned
    • Any household items retained in the house, will also be cleaned including washing machines, fridges, furniture etc.
  • Bedroom List:
    • Wardrobes – shelves wiped, marks removed off walls, carpets cleaned
  • Kitchen List:
    • Cupboards and drawers – clean/wipe over (in and out)
    • Doors to pantry, cupboards and drawers – clean/wipe over
    • Splash back – clean over
    • Sink and taps – clean and wipe over
  • Bathroom List:
    • Cupboards and drawers – clean/wipe over (in and out)
    • Doors to vanity cupboards and drawers – clean/wipe over
    • Shower glass – remove water staining and built up soap scum
    • Tap fittings – cleaned and polished
    • Towel rails – clean/wipe over
    • Toilet roll holders – clean/wipe over
    • Top edges of tiled areas – wipe over
    • Toilets – remove any staining to the bowl and clean undersides of the lid, also removing toilet seat and sterilising the whole seat, fastenings, hinges.
  • Laundry List:
    • Laundry – clean/wipe over
  • Window Cleaning
    • Window panes, tracks and frames cleaned internally and externally
  • Carpet Cleaning
    • Carpets are vacuumed by us but then steamed cleaned by a Professional Carpet Cleaning Business that will also do all pest sprays not just in your home but outside too if required.
  • Oven Cleaning:
    • Oven – all shelves and racks plus inside and outside of oven
    • Stove top – clean dials and top
    • Range hood – clean and remove greasy residue and clean the top side

As soon as you pick up the keys we can come in and give your new house a freshen up by giving everything a once over dust and polish, vacuum and mop so as soon as you walk in that front door you will smell the beautiful aroma of natural freshness.
